At Petdentist (a trading name of Pet Dentist LLC-FZ), we are committed to professional-grade, cosmetic oral care for your pets. Our policy is designed for your peace of mind and is compliant with the UK Consumer Rights Act, the DMCCA, and UAE Consumer Protection Laws.

✅ 60-Day "Peace of Mind" Returns

We offer an industry-leading 60-day window to return unused items.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all hygiene seals completely intact.

Exclusions: Due to strict health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for opened toothbrushes, tools, or nutritional supplements (like probiotics or water additives) unless faulty.

✨ The Petsmiles™ Satisfaction Guarantee

Exclusive to our Petsmile’s Toothpaste! We know pets can be picky. If your pet refuses the flavour of our toothpaste:

Refund: Claim a 100% refund on the product cost within 30 days, even if the tube is opened.

Limit: One tube per household.

🔄 Subscription Terms (Easy & Transparent)

If you are a subscriber, you are in total control:

Easy Exit: You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time with one click via your account dashboard.

Reminders: We will email you a reminder 3 days before any renewal payment is processed.

Cooling-Off: Under the DMCCA, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after your first order and after any 12-month renewal.

⚖️ Regulatory Note & Product Expectations

Petdentist products are formulated exclusively for daily cosmetic oral hygiene and nutritional support. They are not authorized veterinary medicines and are not intended to cure, treat, or prevent any veterinary medical condition or disease (such as periodontal disease). Refunds requested on the basis that a product did not cure a medical condition will not be accepted.

🛠️ Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is defective:

UK: Full refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt.

UAE: Immediate replacement or refund for any manufacturing defects. We cover all return shipping costs for faulty goods.

📦 How to Return

Contact us: Email info@petdentist.co.uk with your order number to receive a Return Authorisation. (Please do not send items back without contacting us first).

Shipping Locations:

UK: Petdentist, 151 Cassiobury Drive, Watford, WD17 3AH, United Kingdom.

UAE: Please contact us for our Dubai Meydan Freezone return hub details.

Return Costs: Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection at our facilities.

✅ سياسة الإرجاع لمدة ٦٠ يوماً (للمنتجات غير المستخدمة)

نقدم فترة ٦٠ يوماً لإعادة المنتجات غير المستخدمة.

  • الحالة: يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، وفي تغليفه الأصلي، مع سلامة الأختام الصحية.

  • الاستثناءات: لدواعي الصحة والسلامة، لا يمكننا قبول إرجاع فراشي الأسنان أو الأدوات أو المكملات الغذائية المفتوحة، إلا إذا كانت معيبة.

حصرياً لمعجون أسنان Petsmiles! نحن ندرك أن الحيوانات الأليفة قد تكون انتقائية. إذا رفض حيوانك الأليف المعجون:

  • الاسترداد: يمكنك طلب استرداد بنسبة ١٠٠٪ خلال ٣٠ يوماً، حتى لو كانت العبوة مفتوحة.

  • الحد الأقصى: عبوة واحدة لكل أسرة.

  • الطريقة: يرجى مراسلتنا عبر info@petdentist.co.uk مع رقم الطلب.

🔄 شروط الاشتراك (سهولة وشفافية)

إذا كنت مشتركاً لدينا، فأنت المتحكم تماماً:

  • إلغاء سهل: يمكنك إيقاف أو إلغاء اشتراكك في أي وقت بضغطة زر واحدة من خلال لوحة تحكم حسابك.

  • التنبيهات: سنرسل لك بريداً إلكترونياً للتذكير قبل ٣ أيام من معالجة أي دفعة تجديد.

🛠️ المنتجات التالفة أو المعيبة

إذا وصل طلبك تالفاً أو ظهر به عيب مصنعي:

  • الإمارات العربية المتحدة: استبدال فوري أو استرداد كامل لأي منتج به عيب مصنعي وفقاً للقانون الاتحادي. نتحمل كافة تكاليف شحن المنتجات المعيبة.

١. تواصل معنا: عبر البريد الإلكتروني info@petdentist.co.uk مع إرفاق إثبات الشراء. ٢. الشحن: بعد الموافقة، سنزودكم بتعليمات الشحن لمركزنا في دبي أو المملكة المتحدة. ٣. الاسترداد: يتم تحويل المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال ١٠-١٤ يوم عمل بعد الفحص.
