All orders are processed and dispatched through our premium fulfillment network, utilizing climate-controlled warehousing to ensure that sensitive formulations, such as our probiotics, arrive in pristine condition.

 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom & UAE)

 

United Kingdom: Orders are swiftly dispatched from our UK distribution center located in Watford. Estimated delivery is 2-4 business days.

 

United Arab Emirates: Orders are dispatched directly from our Dubai headquarters. Estimated delivery is 1-3 business days.

 

International Shipping

We offer secure international shipping to a wide range of global destinations. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your exact location. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Pet Dentist LLC-FZ is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.
