Cancellation policy

This policy applies to products bought on a Petdentist® Subscribe & Save plan (a recurring order delivered every 4, 6 or 8 weeks at the subscription discount shown on the product page). It sits alongside our Terms of Service (section 6) and Return and Refund Policy.

How your subscription works

  • You pay for each delivery separately. Your chosen payment method is charged on or around the date each recurring order is due, and the order is dispatched from Northampton like any other order.
  • We email you a reminder before each recurring order is placed.
  • There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

Skipping, pausing, changing or cancelling

You can skip a delivery, change the delivery date or frequency, change flavour or product, update your address or payment card, pause, or cancel at any time. Sign in to your account, open Orders and use the Manage Subscription button, or email info@petdentist.co.uk and we will do it for you within 2 working days.

Changes and cancellations take effect from the next recurring order that has not yet been placed. An order that has already been charged is treated as a normal order: it will be dispatched, and you can return it or cancel it under your 14-day right to cancel as set out in our Return and Refund Policy (sealed hygiene and food items must be unopened).

Failed payments

If a payment fails we retry it up to three times, three days apart, and let you know by email. If it still fails, that delivery is skipped and your subscription stays active until you cancel it.

Price changes

If we change the price or discount of a subscription product, or withdraw a plan, we give you at least 14 days' notice by email before the next recurring order. If you do not want to continue at the new price, you can cancel before that order is placed.

Subscriptions are managed through our subscription partner, Appstle, which processes your subscription data on our behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. Petdentist® is a trading name of Pet Dentist L.L.C-FZ.
