We currently sell to customers in the United Kingdom only. All orders are fulfilled from our UK fulfilment centre in Northampton. Petdentist® is part of the PetdentistCare™ platform (petdentistcare.com).

2. Regulatory status of our products

Not veterinary medicines. None of the products sold on this website is an authorised veterinary medicine, and we do not make medicinal claims for them. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition in animals, including periodontal disease and gingivitis. We follow the Veterinary Medicines Directorate's guidance on the advertising of non-medicinal animal products.

Pet toothpaste and toothbrushes. Petsmile Professional Pet Toothpaste is a non-medicinal oral hygiene product for dogs and cats. Petsmile has been awarded the Veterinary Oral Health Council (VOHC®) Seal of Acceptance for plaque control in dogs, a voluntary scheme that reviews manufacturers' trial data; the seal is not a veterinary or medicinal approval.

Probiotic powders. Petdentist® probiotic powders are complementary feeds for dogs and cats. They are sold and labelled under the feed law that applies in Great Britain (including Regulation (EC) No 767/2009 on the marketing of feed and Regulation (EC) No 1831/2003 on feed additives, as retained in UK law). The feed business operator responsible for placing these products on the market is Pet Dentist L.L.C-FZ, at the UK address above.

Veterinary advice. Dr Deepak Songra is a dental surgeon registered with the General Dental Council (registration number 68552) and has practised human dentistry for over 35 years. He is not a veterinary surgeon. Nothing on this website, including product descriptions, FAQs and blog articles, is veterinary advice. If you are concerned about your pet's mouth, teeth, breath, appetite or digestion, please consult a veterinary surgeon.

3. Consumer contracts

Purchases from this website are governed by our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal data. UK consumers keep all of their rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Petdentist® and the Petdentist logo are trade marks of Pet Dentist L.L.C-FZ. PetdentistCare™, Biodontic™, Odovyx™ and PetPulse Labs™ are trade marks of Pet Dentist L.L.C-FZ. Petsmile® is a trade mark of its owner and VOHC® is a trade mark of the Veterinary Oral Health Council; we use them only to describe the products we sell. All text, images, video and other content on this website belong to Pet Dentist L.L.C-FZ or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or reuse them without our written permission, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use.

5. Accuracy of information

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is free from errors. Product information, prices and availability may change. If we find an error in the description or price of a product you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch so you can confirm or cancel the order. Our liability to you is set out in our Terms of Service; nothing in this notice limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
